Shipping And Returns
At Tickled Pink Gifts, we strive to provide the high quality, customized products and great customer service that our customers expect. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge our shipping and return policies. Please check and re-check all personalized items; we do not offer refunds on personalized items unless the mistake is a TPG error.

We do not share our customers' personal information with other entities, ever.
Domestic shipping in the United States is $8 per order. For your convenience, we provide free shipping for orders over $75
Please provide a complete and correct street address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the provided address that is not the correct address. If your order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect, you will be charged again to ship to the correct address.
Tickled Pink Gift does not provide International Shipping. Currently, TPG only ships to addresses in the Continental United States. Orders placed for shipment outside the Continental United States will be cancelled and fully refunded.
If an item you requested is on backorder or if there is delay for any reason, we will contact you at the email address you provide with your order. We provide the option of including your phone number with your order. If you prefer to be contacted by telephone, please let us know in the comment field on the order form.
Each product has a holiday cut-off date listed with its description. Orders placed by that date are guaranteed to be delivered by December 24 BARRING AN ACT OF GOD such as an unforeseen weather event and man-made or natural disasters. Please see the product descriptions for lead times to ensure timely delivery for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Valentine's Day, etc. When in doubt, give us a call!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please check your order upon arrival. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three (3) business days. We may ask you to email photographs of damaged or incorrect merchandise. Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. You may contact us at 770-356-8728 or email@example.com. Please do not use Facebook or Twitter for this purpose, our shipping department does not interact with our social media pages.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of merchandise unless it is damaged or incorrect. Please take advantage of the comment field when placing your order to give us all the information needed to meet your expectations.
